Ray Sanders is co-founder of the CFI Jerusalem office with his wife Sharon. They have been establishing and developing the ministry in Israel since December 1985 when they were appointed to build a ministry from the ground up. Ray is a graduate of Iowa State University of Ames, Iowa, and an Ordained Minister through Christ For the Nations Bible College in Dallas, Texas.
Ray and his wife are a unique “husband and wife” team and have been residing in Israel since 1985. The State of Israel has awarded them the status of Permanent Residents.
Ray is a charter member of the Knesset Christian Allies Caucus and a former board member of the European Coalition for Israel.
