Jerusalem, the Eternal City

“At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the Lord; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it…”. (Jeremiah 3:17).

Jerusalem’s most glorious days are yet to come. She is the city chosen by God where Messiah Jesus will rule and reign. At that time this city will become a “praise in the earth.” Presently she is being built up and fulfilling the Scripture of putting on her “garments of glory.” (Isaiah 52:1). The eternal capital awaits the coronation of her King. We need to pray that the Church will be by Israel’s side in the last days and cooperating with His plans and purposes for her restoration. At the same time Israel is being restored, many in the Church are being restored to their Biblical foundations and coming into a richer understanding of the Bible and their faith.
